Nice christening of the oven, Lisa. Love that snap of the sausage skin as Mike broke it in half. With a bit of tweaking and practice, you'll be knocking out brilliant pizzas and roasts. Crispy pizza crusts are nice. Nice to have a brother who's a sausage maker. Get a few more offa him and make Curried Sausages. Served with rice or mashed potatoes. It's an Aussie 🇦🇺 favourite. Sounds great! Yeah Mike has been experimenting doing the water-his off season from working so much-and started making sausage last year- curried sausage sounds yummy! I love curry anything-lol. thanks John!
@@celleduffel1533 mike does when he can-he likes to grill, smoke, little bit of everything. wife doesn't cook hardly at all. Although I was showing her how to use the Speedi and we made the pesto chicken pasta dish yesterday together-so she may pick up a speedi
@@celleduffel1533 Mike is a pretty good cook-done tell him but he over smokes meat for me-I like it very light on smoke-I'm a light smoker-lol. Wish I could have spent more time with him and his family-miss them already!
Hello, I have a question. Can you use it open just for making pizza in the apartment if the weather is bad? It's purely about making pizza. Thank you very much for your effort
oh wow you went straight to the oven, congratulations I would like that next but I have the Woodfire grill and use it often, the book temps might be a little wonky as they are with the Grill
yeah cuz of the pizza lol. I don't care for smoked food that much unless it's very mild smokey flavor. But have used this oven a bunch of times-pizza, lamb, wings-so far loving it! Thanks!

@@pressurecrisp yes I have seen it done on the grill just lay them on the grill plate and not too much smoke and the person said he was going to use them in potato salad you do not cook the eggs first
Audio is horrible-sorry but we had fun just unboxing and using it! I'm easily influenced by my brother-lol.

Have they changed anything about the fan to make it easier to clean?
No don't think so I need to clean the entire oven-it has baked/cooked on great/smoke-will clean it this week

interesting smoked eggs-hmmm... I may try smoking something but only use a small amount of the pellets. I'll find something to smike-lol.
