Thanks Josip, I have started using The Slav instead of the Semi Slav. You are very helpful with your strategical insight. A fine strategy by our fishy friend. Keep up the good work.

Now you understand why it took the BOSS only 41 moves to defeat a 3280+ rated ENGINE !!!
IMAGINE THE DISASTER in the case of a human player or any lower rated CPUs with the same opening moves AGAINST THIS FISH !!

Jozarov, enjoyed your explanation about the Schlechter Defense. First time I heard about it and learned it. Will put it in practice.

Plz make morphy vs Theodore Lichtenhein casual game (1857). Fun fact - Morphy played the evans gambit for the first time.

Playing Slav defense w black, I’m always concerned with an inactive light squared bishop. I end up playing e6 as opposed to bishop e6, and it gets stuck in the corner stuck behind pawns.
