Mainly companies can use the funds to expand their business, they can clear their debts.. Moreover when company becomes public ,they will get good exposure and a public image.

അപ്പോൾ കുറെ വർഷങ്ങൾ കഴിഞ്ഞ കമ്പനി അവരുടെ ഷെയർ തിരിച്ച വാങ്ങുക ആണെങ്കിൽ വൻ തുക കൊടുത് വാങ്ങേണ്ടി വരില്ലേ? അതായത് ലോൺ എടുക്കുന്നതിനെക്കാൾ എത്ര്യയോ ഇരട്ടി....
അതുപോലെ കൊമ്പനിക്ക് ക്യാഷ് കിട്ടിയതിനു ശേഷം shre price കൂടിയാലും കുറഞ്ഞാലും അവരെ ബാധിക്കുന്ന കാര്യം അല്ലല്ലോ..
