Not a fan of 1/8 either, but that's probably why these guys are running it. It's expensive to run and maintain a nitro operation, especially w/o a major sponsor.

Can’t get all excited about 1/8th mile racing because the hardware is not being stressed to its limits like quarter mile racing.
