@@cptmacbernick I'd argue that's part of the challenge. idubbbz set out to finally make "a good sam hyde documentary" in his words, and failed because he approached it too seriously and with an agenda just like all the other people who interview or document sam hyde.
sam hyde was going to reveal eventually anyway, it wasn't like he completely locked him out, at least not until the interview. idubbbz just misjudged his character. what harley did here reveals everything. If idubbbz had just gone with sam's crazy shenanigans and joked around with him, sam would've felt more comfortable around him and opened up.
At the end of the day, sam just wanted to hang out with a creator he admires a lot and give him some good content for his channel. idubbbz went in thinking he had solved sam hyde instead of just taking it play by play and that was his downfall. Not to mention he pretty much suffocated his personality just to "stay on track" for documentary stuff.

Then Harley will step out of it using his jab to maintain distance. It will be an ugly fight, but towards the end Arin will be sucking on fumes wondering "how do I get out of here?"

Sam please make a "Sam Teaches you series" where you teach people things too the best of your ability. Is it good is it helpful who knows but he's trying

from what little we could hear it actually sounds like Sam was giving him the best advice. making sure hes doing bag work, the mindset stuff about not being timid after getting a warning from the ref, even putting him in a shitty room to get him in a more hungry/humble mindset (this is an old school thing champion boxers used to do). if harley listens to his advice i think its an easy win

Yeah it’s a new take on RUclips isn’t it? Looking behind the front that presenters and creators have put up, and showing how bloody human they are. I really wish the best for Harley, it’s a great side to see of him.

The collaboration between Harley and Sam Hyde is honestly the most compelling story for the creator clash.

The story of Nathan Barnett aka Dad being completely fucked over by Hollywood and then this event being his biggest positive thing after a long string of bad luck is pretty nice too.

Harley, why aren't you making more documentary style shit like this? I haven't watched since EMT got old but this felt like seeing an old friend and honestly I'd watch stuff like this all day.
