It's not random placement like people assume, who've never done it. A heavy bag is how you learn to throw meaningful blows. You learn how to be effective. Maybe your style requires you to keep your wrist upwards on the 3rd jab, to transfer into your shell for your upstairs work. Maybe you need to kick your elbow out, exposing your ribs but getting better force on hook before a straight left. This is HOW you learn these things. If you're worried about your wrist rolling- you shouldn't even be considering a fight.
Arin couldn't beat sonic 06'. So as long as you're a better boxer than sonic 06', you got this in the bag.

The funniest thing about this is that Sam Hyde is actually very good at boxing. Especially for an irony god.
I've never seen actual proof that Sam is good at boxing but emt had the right idea that killer instinct and live sparring with a bigger guy than your opponent is better prep than working with a coach for like 4 hours a week. And emt looked way better than his opponent. 1-0 for coach Sam.
