I crochet and knit… my mom taught me when I was a child, but I never kept up with it…this has inspired me to get started again…everything you have created is so cute…I love it, especially Lars❤ I lost my fur baby Liberty (Libby) during the pandemic to kidney failure…I was not able to be with her which broke my heart, she was 16😢

I've tried Crochet but I don't have the attention span for it yet. I did, however, pick up a paint brush for the first time in like 15 years and painted an amazing painting for a friend of mine for Christmas. I was so nervous, but I sucked up my fears and got a canvas and just started painting thinking I was going to just mess it up and hate it. I love it, it turned out great and he loved it as well. Don't let your doubts hold you back, I surprise myself all the time when I finally stop doubting myself and just do things. Your patterns turned out amazing. I love the lil turtles and the cat and the hat and.. well all of it! It's great you found a hobby that you enjoy and it's something to be proud of.

Your words were so encouraging. I recently started learning to weave baskets. My first attempt was so horrible that I got discouraged. Then I watched a very simple but detailed video and my second attempt was much better (it was crooked but at least it didn't look like a literal bird's nest 😅). I finished my 4th basket a couple of days ago and it turned out so well that I just keep looking at it in amazement.

Seeing your daughter Cinnamon had me smiling...but when she had that aaaaamazing beautiful mushroom hat my jaw dropped. I absolutely love that mushroom hat, I couldn't wear it bc I wear crochet braids but she looked beautiful. I love all the things you made! It would be very hard to pick a favorite!!! I figured that the one you made your daughter was going to be a sacrifice of love/sleep for you so I prayed for you. It turned out Amazing!!! She was so happy and seemed blown away by it. The pastel colors are so pretty on that scarf but I do see easter like you did. Please don't give up on it. Perhaps turn it into a baby blanket? Or something else.

Happy New Year 🎉 I also crochet! Started in my mid-twenties when I asked my grandmother to teach me. She had only ever learned to make granny squares. So once I got that, I learned other stitches and patterns. It is such a relaxing hobby! I’ve been interested in amigurumi for awhile now. Literally went to JoAnn’s the other day to buy yarn! lol. First two amigurumi projects will be a sea turtle ( love sea turtles) and a lizard for my great-nephew if I can find a pattern. I hope you keep going with the craft! Wow! Beautiful job on those “beginner” (seriously, you make it look way too easy and I know it is not!) projects! I would love to learn but I have too much going on right now and my creative work is pottery, but I love seeing what you are working on. The Lars cats you made are so adorable! I have 3 black cats myself, and I have a soft spot for them because they are all rescues that were dumped as 3 week old kittens, probably because of superstition. Keep up the incredible work you are doing and build up your speed and your inventory and you will be ready for markets in no time!

It turned out Amazing!!! She was so happy and seemed blown away by it. The pastel colors are so pretty on that scarf but I do see easter like you did. Please don't give up on it. Perhaps turn it into a baby blanket? Or something else.

Happy New Year 🎉 I also crochet! Started in my mid-twenties when I asked my grandmother to teach me. She had only ever learned to make granny squares. So once I got that, I learned other stitches and patterns. It is such a relaxing hobby! I’ve been interested in amigurumi for awhile now. Literally went to JoAnn’s the other day to buy yarn! lol. First two amigurumi projects will be a sea turtle ( love sea turtles) and a lizard for my great-nephew if I can find a pattern. I hope you keep going with the craft! Wow! Beautiful job on those “beginner” (seriously, you make it look way too easy and I know it is not!) projects! I would love to learn but I have too much going on right now and my creative work is pottery, but I love seeing what you are working on. The Lars cats you made are so adorable! I have 3 black cats myself, and I have a soft spot for them because they are all rescues that were dumped as 3 week old kittens, probably because of superstition. Keep up the incredible work you are doing and build up your speed and your inventory and you will be ready for markets in no time!
