I don't usually post videos like these, but I stumbled across this movie clip from The Great Dictator and thought how great it would be to have the track Mandus, by Jessica Curry, from Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs play under it. It's crazy how an over 80-year-old film still applies to today.

you know hitler actually quite liked Chaplin, that was until Chaplin made this film and arranged for it to be sent to hitler, we don't know what he did about about it apparently he watched it i mean who wouldn't, i like to think Chaplin was disgusted by the mere fact hitler had even seen one of his movies

Chaplin was an avid critic of hitler. He didnt send him the bloody film because he wanted approval...
The whole movie is a critic of Hitler why the heck would he be disgusted by Hitler watching it?

I’m glad you liked it! This monologue is already great on its own, but when I heard the track Mandus from Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs, I just thought it fit this speech and the message of it pretty well.

I finally got around to playing A Machine For Pigs and finished it a few days ago. I ain't played Rebirth or The Bunker yet, but damn if the Amnesia series ain't good at putting you in the shoes of some serious asshole protagonists. You've got Daniel the apprentice torture technician and assistant hanging judge. You've got Justine the manipulative sociopathic narcissist. And now you've got Oswald, the creepy industrialist who was shown a vision of the future and decided the best way to avoid it was to ice his own kids and out-holocaust the holocaust with MORE PIG.
