      am, is, are, was, were, will be க்கு அடுத்து -ed forms வரும்போது அவை adjectives ஆகவோ அல்லது verbs ஆகவோ (passive voice) வரும்.

      You should use the plural noun "computers" when you use it in a general sense. " I can operate computers a little bit".
      The other sentence would be

      No, it's not an error. It's possible to construct such sentences where the past participle of intransitive verbs acts as an adjective.
      The sun is risen.
