It is actually in the rules of the expansion, a player cannot go into the save maze or labyrinth twice or more. If you go for move 2 then that's it, you can't go back for the rest, so you have to think twice. Look for it in the rule book and also it is indicated on the site description.
Hi Ricky, was waiting for this one. I usually spend spell forge as soon as I get it on my hand to free another slot and gain some crystals. I noticed in the AA offer "blood of the ancients" Which I personally adore for I can build my deck faster for a wound, I think you might go get it. Nice wrist lace by the way =). Regards.

@@BoxofDelights yeah. I played a solo game with Norwas yesterday (quest for the holy grail from bgg) and he can bring the special unit with him. That is the exception. Bringing a Catapult into a tomb is funny but it can be done apparently.

My videos pretty much cover most of it. There are 4 series in all: 1. the walkthrough, 2. solo conquest 3. PvP and 4. Lost legion. This gets, I think, 95% of it down.
Hey Ricky, I got a great question to ask you about Mage Knight, I bought the base game and expansion after watching you play it, it should be here in a few days and have learned a great deal from you about the rules (Thank you for your time and explaining of it btw) so the BIG question is::: From what I watched on this video series of the lost legion and the walk through one you did, is this pretty much the whole game for rules? Would you say this 90% of the rules, or much more to learn?
Is there a slight order error around 18:30 ? You took your end of turn rewards, re-rolled mana dice, then played the heal ability. I think the healing was a no-brainer so didn't really affect anything. Sorry for being picky, I'm trying to make sure I have all the rules down. Though with this game it does seem there's a rule or two crops up which I can't remember!
+Orion3T You take rewards at the end of the turn so as not to slow the game down, so TBH, it doesn't actually matter playing solo... unless of course you were somehow able to make use of those rewards before the turn end ... which you wouldn't, because that would be cheating (!)
Yes I agree... it usually won't matter when solo. Only time it matters is if you forget. Then technically once you take the rewards and refresh you have revealed new information, you can't takeback. As I said, very minor especially when it was something obvious like whether to heal or not when there's no reason not to.

Don't the Solo Conquest rules require you to remove both tactics cards from the game, not just your own? Which means you shouldn't have Sparing Power available for your last night. Or are the rules for Volkare different from the rules for Solo Conquest?
Ricky, where is that rule that you can only enter the same maze once? Now, you can only enter the same movement spot of the maze once, so you couldn't do the 4 part of that maze again, but you most certainly do the 2 and 6. Either you misread it (shocker that things are confusing in MK), or everyone else on BGG is playing it wrong including me.
I'll take dumb rules for $1000 Alex (err...sorry that's a Jeopardy reference from America). It's a monster den for 2 and a dungeon either fail for 4 or success for 6 movement, and considering movement is hell to have in the game, it makes absolutely no sense for that rule to be there. You can burn down all the monasteries you want, but 2 out of the 3 maze spots, noooo! That makes that scenario even dumber than it is now which is really dumb.

You could bring one unit to the tomb iirc. And you could've prevented the minotaur attack with your illusionists.
You can't take any units into a tomb, so the illusionists couldn't have helped me.
as it goes, they were in a Dungeon (not a tomb) but you can't use Units in a Tomb or Dungeon .

Do sounds count towards card limit on hand? What if it over hand limit?
They do count, yes. You cannot draw more cards if you are over your hand limit. Good luck!

It's in the rulebook. Per player you occupy, if you defeat the enemy coming out of it, one space. The remaining spaces are for the other players.
