You have to play or discard at least one card during or at the end of your turn. You can only forfeit your turn if your deed deck is empty. I chose to rest. I didn't want to play any cards, so I had to discard one instead. Hope this helps ! Good question ! best wishes, Rick
Maximal Effect is one of my favorite advanced actions cards. Glad to see it show up. Man, I did not realize that you had to fight all of Volkaire's army at once. Yikes!
Hi Shadowcamsy, good question! "Plundering" is not an action, and you can do it on other people's turns. So, it's not an "interaction" with the village - you are not trying to influence them - on the contrary you are robbing the poor folks! So, yes, you can still plunder a village when your reputation is X. But you are right, you cannot "interact" with the villagers (i.e. use influence over them) when your reputation is X. Hope this helps, best wishes, Rick
I have a query regarding drawing back to your hand limit. Take a look at the White city tile for my example. Lets imagine that my hand limit is 6 based off my hero level token. I draw the planning tactic at the beginning of the day round. I conquered both the keep and the city (which are adjacent to each other) and I end my turn on the White City. How many cards would I draw back up to at the start of my next turn? I have always assumed that these bonuses stacked and therefore i presume that 10 cards would be the correct answer. 6 (my hero level token hand limit) + 1 (planning tactic) + 1 (space adjacent to a conquered keep) + 2 (ending my turn on a conquered city) = 10 cards total next turn. Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi Paulo! That's not correct. You would draw 8 or 9 cards (depends on city owner). In the Rules book ~End of Turn~ 7b Part 3 says: if both a keep and a city bonus are possible, use the higher bonus only. and part4 says: your hand limit can also be increased by Day Tactic cards "Planning" so planning and city/keeps stack but not cties AND keeps.
Ziltoid Thank you very much for your reply! I played solo, so I was the City owner, and thus the correct answer would be 9 cards. Thanks again for your help Ziltoid!
Mage knight is awesome!
Maybe I am too nice, but I forget how good the Pillage action is! You were obviously a Viking in a previous life ;-)
Ooof, that is a terrifying army Volkare put together. Yikes. Good luck Rick!

Exciting stuff, it does seem your card draws are looking good and hopefully you'll be able to thin down volkaire's army! upload the next vid!!
'My deck's pretty thick' , you should put that on a t shirt.

thanks Robert!
It's awesome !!

Arrrgghh...cliffhanger ! You rotter !
That is an insane amount of damage to have to deal with. Is there any way to take on an army like that without getting KO'd?
Can you still plunder a village when your reputation is on x? I thought you couldn't interact with anything.
