Valor lightbar shown is red/white/blue on the driver side and red/white/blue on the passenger side.
The white flashes are KEY to the ultimate in daytime visibility. This bar must be seen to be believed, and it can't help but be seen!
The white flashing is available for all the patterns in a standard bar and can be enabled or disabled for each MODE. It is activated through a separate wire (Flash Halogen) on the interface box, or by checking “Flashing Takedown/Alley” on the Smart Siren Platinum Software.
They should make single piece light bars that fit perfectly on the push bumpers using the same bolt holes used to install the push bumper in the first place. It could be a line or triangle of of led pods in the center (with holes still available to mount a speaker on top) and diagonal facing led pods that bolt to the tabs on either side of the push bumper. Color changing to sync with the light bar and takedown. Even better with 1 or 2 oscillating SLR pods. True intersection clearing!
Yes, the Valor lightbar is configurable using our Online Configurator and can be specified with 1-color, 2-colors or 3-colors in each position.
i dunno if u already thought about this, but an interior bar with this technology would be kickass
and some grill/mini lights to add throughout the vehicle with these features would be nice also
My county uses number 27 on their vehicles for code 3, love that pattern. (They use another one for code 2 as well, but it’s hard to tell which since they don’t use white for that)
I wish the carbon E7 used this LED technology rather than the crappy tomar dots. With color changing LEDs, the colors schemes could be whatever the department wants, or could go completely crazy like in this video. And the whole side of the car could be one giant alley light or takedown where every LED on that side(including the doors and bumpers) turns white. It could be like tap the alley light button for the regular alley light and hold for 2 seconds to turn the whole side white.
Flash patterns 7, 11, 18, 19, 26, 27 are my favourite.
4 and 7 are my favourites.
@OfficerNelson Well, what we've seen now is only the prototype E7 and it will be awhile before the real one comes out, so hopefully they'll switch to something better by then. I've seen the E7 and its LEDs have like no off-axis visibility. If you aren't looking right at the dots, you can't even see them. The blue along the roof on the passenger side isn't even visible in direct sunlight. The LED spotlights, which are also Tomar, are wicked good though.
Would love to see this in amber/white only with all the same flash patterns as the blue/red I'd buy one for my service vehicle for sure!
New favorite hands down, no doubt... If people don't see this bar they need to have their divers license revoke.
I believe that flash patterns 4 & 15 are the top two for me.. :-)
This bar has a lot of really nice patterns. I still prefer the SLR though.
@OnBakePlatinum E7 is going to lose a lot of potential customers because of exactly that. Can't reuse old bars, can't upgrade to new ones. Sad, because this thing is absolutely amazing.
26 is Lapd I really like that one except there’s don’t change colour like 26 does here
I've always wondered why FS never duplicated the classic outside-in flash pattern of the Twinsonic, in their LED bars. Brand recognition is good, right? (Hint!)
is there anyway to make this red/white instead of red/blue/white?
looks sick with the white tho
So do you have the option to mix the non-white patterns with the white patterns on the same bar (like pattern 10 regular for mode 1 and pattern 27 with white for mode 2), or do all the patterns have to have the white or not? I know a lot of agencies use white exclusively for intersection warning and no white while on scene. It that an option with these patterns?
Do y'all have any demos y'all can sale to me
I wanna see this thing in real life!
now I can't see anything
