I can't use rottessori accessories, neither the mesh basket fits nor the handle, they fell down immediately after starting. I think there's a issue in rotational wheel inside the air fryer

since you are trying healthy recipes, just to inform you mayonnaise contains very high amount of saturated fats (emulsion of oil and milk), dont use mayonnaise instead may be try yogurt

This has multiple functions while OTG has only oven toaster grill function. It has many preset menus also. Elite model has more volume than regency and few more funcions. Other than that they are almost same. But the looks are different.
Sirf microwave lijiyega to usme baking nahi hogi. Baking ke liye aapko microwave convection oven lena hoga. Ya alag se otg lena hoga. Isliye sirf microwave lene se koi fayda nahi hai. Baking aur airfrying ke liye ye Airfryer best hai.

It works quite well in dehydrating mode. I tried on fruits and veggies. I have not tried on non veg things as I am a vegetarian.

It will take some time to reheat in Keep Warm mode. For reheating microwave works better
