Tbh idk if getting cici from the new insect growth plan just because you dont have a good universal insect yet is the move. Id assume the next insect growth plan will have the next generation of insects which are all universals

Kinda.... Crab is definitely more rare than devil flower. And hornet will be more rare than whip or iron beetle.
