I love your videos thank you!! I am going to Bath next year and thinking of doing a part time job at the same time but I am concerned I won’t have the time for it. Please can I ask you how long does it take to get into town and work, and if you would recommend it or not, and if others did it?
People definitely manage to have part time jobs! Personally wouldn’t have one (with a lot of hours) at the same time as a big hobby or sport - you’d likely have to pick, but it depends how many hours how far from where you live how much you go out etc!
It takes approx 15 mins to get into town from campus and depending on where you live anything from 5-20 in 2nd and 3rd year (warning the buses aren’t great sometimes so occasionally takes a little longer and the walk isn’t one you want to do often haha)
People 100% managed, you just need good time management x
@@NooStenningVideos thank you so much, this helps me a lot! I will defo look into it and try one out when I start. I was meant to start uni this year but my given A level grades didn’t meet my offer so I took a year out to take the October exams and now I have the grades, I’m so excited!! x
