Please continue to show your arrivals at the sites. We enjoy them. Gives a good insight into the quality. Site facilities looked excellent and very clean here.
We recently hired a van and went round west coast of Scotland, some sites a bit tacky to say the least!!!!
Best sites we visited were Gairloch (the one in the town) and Culloden Moor - both were clean as a whistle and really well looked after. So much is down to the dedication of the wardens.

Looks a nicer green site than Rowntree, I can recommend the park & ride sites for visiting York centre

Hello I am sure that you have already realise that there is a motorhome car park at monks cross just a mile or so from the site with a direct bus into York centre, to pick it up when you come back the bus stop is outside the side of Marks and Spencer’s . Enjoy your time it’s a lovely place.
Thanks, that's useful to know. We parked that motorhome at the ordinary car park at Monks Cross last time we went to Beechwood Grange. Might go back there for some Xmas shopping.
Hi both, another great video, love the travel and arrival at camp sites and your tour around the sites. This one looks lovely with very good facilities. Good field for dogs, Poppy enjoyed her run around such a little star. We had terrible rain here in Nottinghamshire yesterday with some flooding, hope you were ok. Looking forward to your next video x
It was very very wet, so we didn't do much yesterday. But the site was fine.
I like the softer grey tones CMC are using for new toilet block facilities. We’ve just returned home after a lovely, sunny stay at the refurbished Buxton site which has been done to the same standard. An observation following our trip - why do some people insist on brushing their teeth at the toilet hand wash basins rather use one of the many immaculate, designated ablution basins in a cubicle? It’s really not pleasant or hygienic.

Yes we prefer Beechwood over Rowntree, but it is further out from the city.

Just a quick question for Jenny; I don't mean to be sexist in any way; how long does it take to dry a full load in the dryer? When I do it at home on the cool setting it takes in excess of an hour to do. I can see the laundry costs rising and the wallet losing pounds.👍🖖🏴🏴🏴
FRANK BEVERIDGE I’ve found It needs 45 minutes (£3) using the hot setting on the drier.
