Sure we've seen it time and again. Rare thing exists, one faction wants to make it available to everyone, another wants to destroy it because they're a mustache-twirling Saturday morning cartoon villain. This one ends with a compelling revelation of actually reasonable motivation (within context of a game) and a wholesome compromise.
I love the, “I may made new enemies, but I will be able to face them wearing the armor I love…” not with friends or family, not didn’t make new friends, nope, just my stylish armor against everyone who now hates me…

No, no. Normally you can't put a netherite trim on netherite armor. But if you put the netherite science trim on diamond armour than upgrade it, you have the official rasrest armour
Fun fact: it can be even rare by using emerald for the silence trim and put in a netherite set making it the rarest armor in minecraft Edit:actually I was wrong the rarest armor in the game was actually a chainmail armor with silence trim and using emerald Soo yeah
