Is the ONLY difference between Twinkle and Sparkle the fact that sparkle can be layered? (Then why don't they discontinue Twinkle - who would need it? It's just so confusing to us customers...)
The difference is in the type of glitter used. Sparkle is vinyl with silver glitter flakes all over it with a glossy look. Can you sublimate on the Sparkle?
Siser only recommends using the White Glitter HTV for that, but you have sparked my curiosity to see what happens if I try it on the white and clear.

Audio is too low
Try it on another set of speakers or device.
It’s a real pain to cut those sometimes.
60° blade is the best option. I personally use the premium greenstar blades in my machine.
