AUTOart preserves not only the diecast metal made models but as well how it's done during the early days of diecast car making ... :) As we can see it's hand made just like how the actual cars were built as well .. :)
Interesting. I've seen many Chinese factories inside. Believe me, this is the best you can get. You hardly see this dedication of workers. Most workers in China give sh*t about their work and don't check it themselves. It's only for the money what they are working for. They usually easily move on for a few RMB elsewhere. Believe me, to get this done in the vid, workers are paid well for Chinese standards of living. I even see some workers with mouth protection. A rarity. And I even see workers checking the quality of their work all the time. Rare as well. What's even more rare is that they keep their working places organised and clean. Of course factories for Apple and the like are totally different. Everything looks super clean, protected and hightech but those workers are totally used and exploited. From the environment in this vid and the high attention the workers actually give to their work doing a clean job, I can tell that they are well managed, are actually proud of what they are doing and are being well paid for Chinese standards. This is China of course. Can never compare it with the West and never should be...And it remains a factory of course, not an art atelier... In addition, I can share that lean methods and efficiency hardly are issues in most Chinese factories. Creating and keeping work for people is the main goal since domestic competition hardly is a theme at all whatsoever. I.e., not wearing gloves means jobs for others to clean and polish the work, etc... That is how China works...
They never are . the only people making the money are the managers , in sales department , Delivery guys . Even the receptionists make more money than them .
Profiteering at its finest. These workers are paid pittance, materials probably cost not more than USD30 in total, and the company goes on to sell each car for a couple of hundred dollars. Pity the working class.
China has the fastest growing GDP Per Capita in the world by a mile so yeah. You won't be moaning for long. Plus everything there is way less expensive
Have you ever sold something? If you get the material for 30 $, you have to pay the workers for let's say 10 $ in total plus you have to rent the place. If you ship it to Germany, you have to pay 125 $ shipping for up to 31.5 kg. So additional 4 $ per modelcar. Then you have to pay the customs (10%). So now you have it in Germany for about 50$. Then your retailers also want to make some profit. If you sell them the car for 70 $ and your retailers sell the car for let's say 110 $, the modelcar costs about 131 $ (incl taxes 19% plus shipping). So as you can see they do not make that much profit. The price is justified.
Ride In Paradise and also, i don't understand what some of the comments are saying: "disgusting". why? Do they have to make your model car in a luxurious workshop and built by " Japanese masters" and with " German precision" ? Lmao, its a business, its not art. Some people really expect too much and simply biased because its China.
I might be a little late at this but you forgot to consider the licensing of these cars from their original manufacturers which is the most expensive part.
So the cars are made by people who have never even seen the real car and probably have never driven a car. The company makes these cars for 5-10 dollars. It costs more for the packaging and shipping than the car. Then they sell them for $200. Yikes....
No uniforms, no Globes, no eye protection Congratulations auto art!

I wish they would make a Vector W8. Never seen one in that scale in my life. The ones that were made were all 1:24 or smaller and looked like garbage.
largol33t1 Ricko produced it in 1:18, in black and red.
Are there any manufacturing units in India?
