You all realize that an E.V.A. or Extravehicular Activity could have performed by the astronauts to check the helium disks after docking. Extravehicular Activity is when you put on a suit to go outside of the ISS to inspect, repair, or install a new unit onto the ISS.
The Boeing Starliner capsule was considered safe for a human crew, but once docked to the ISS, potentially dangerous problems were discovered. They didn't want to risk the lives of the two astronauts, so it went back to Earth without them. At the moment it looks like they are returning to Earth no sooner than February 2025... using a SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule.
Despite all that happened, it's still reassuring it was able to come back safely
💯 space is absolutely essential for the future
50years this stuff was much easier. dune buggies on the moon hahahaha
These videos need to be archive for the future generations wanting to know or study it
Astronauts be thinking to themselves at the moment Starliner touched down, "goddamit! we coulda been home by now."
👨🏻🚀👩🏻🚀 If its Boeing, I'm not going! 🚀
🌌🔭
At least it's in one piece
Good for Boeing!! And good for NASA ensuring the safety of the astronauts in a difficult decision!!
0:06 the heck was that coming out the sides?
Some type of exhaust from the thrusters I assume. It probably has to stabilize itself before it heads back for reentry.

Congratulations! This is amazing! Thank you!
So much for DEI in the space program.
The Mary Celeste of space!
Interesting *Thanks for sharing* 👍 Good contribution, excellent information 👍 Great video 👌
Looked like it lost the door made by Boeing. 😊
Did anyone else get a scare from the thumbnail?
Is anybody else disturbed by the language of the re-entry test...that two People should have been on?????
Thank God for the fantastic news 🙏 😊
Boeing!
Call the Russians, they will fix it for you...
space tech is the only tech that goes backwards hahaha
"I told you it was safe!!!"
Why can't they come home 😢😢

Probably a DEI hire
Guess it was empty for many reasons.
What’s happening?
Boeing being boeing.
Yes, that phrasing was intentional.
Another Boeing failure
Full hard
Well next time better I guess.
