So someone else has already posted the meaning of this song- refering to the division of Europe by the Iron Curtain/the Berlin Wall into two completely separate worlds. This particular performance was also strongly connected to Poland itself- up until recently we had a conservative government which, while supported by half of the society, was hated by the other half. It's a pretty similar situation to the Republican/Democrat party in the US. The division was palpable, you could feel Poland being literally separated in two halves by different ideologies. The lyrics about "right side shining with neons, left side all dark/ left side never wakes up, right side never goes to sleep" were matching perfectly the current situation.
