I tried to prank my husband once. I put a bunch of those pop things between the seat and rim of the toilet. Around 4 am, our 7 year old daughter creeped into our bedroom, nearly in tears, telling us she broke the toilet. 😂

I worked in a haunted house my freshman year of college. The theater kids made me up like Frankenstein and I was the last thing people ran into on the way out. One girl came through, and I recognized she was in one of my classes. As she got closer, I started moving which caused her to faint. I then carried her out like the monster and as people saw me taking her to the paramedics, it scared more people than I had all night. 😂 Fun times

I also immediately get angry when scared. I've tried not to, because who likes angry people, but it's just so visceral I can't help it. If I'm not punching/kicking out then I'm angry and it's no fun for anyone. Luckily, people have stopped trying to jump scare me.

I feel like an anger response makes sense. If you get startled for a legitimate reason, like an attack, being instantly able to fight back whatever scared you would be beneficial for your survival :D
I used to scare people at the pumpkin patch Halloween field. They'd stack hay into a roofed maze, and the corners were so dark that I could wear normal bright clothes and still, no one would see me. So, I took advantage. 😊
I was dry bumped by one of the zombies in a haunted corn maze. I tried to tell on the guy but they had 12 zombies there so nothing happened. I was 9 months pregnant so it was really traumatizing. I haven't gone back to a haunted anything since then 😂
I loved it. I was one of the little jump rope girls singing “1, 2, Freddie’s coming for you “ and had super long hair and would drape over to look fake. I’d hear people saying, “it’s a dummy, don’t worry”😉 But Freddie got a little too into it. He would jump real hard on the wooden floor to make a loud noise. One night we had to shut down cause he jumped THROUGH the wooden floor and broke his leg. 😂😢❤️🩹 I’ll never forget the sight of Freddie Kruger screaming in pain, all the way up to the hip, one leg in the floor, while firefighters cut him out with a chainsaw. There’s a great haunted house here where unsuspecting newbies go in, the actors are really good and the last one chases the customers out with a chainsaw. The only thing is you come out into the middle of a usually packed pub. It’s like a spectator sport for locals.

I work at a hospital as an security officers. If we do an overnight shift we have to got down and check the specialist buildings like rehab center and stuff. One of these is the old hospital building that is only used for storage and we have to go inside and to the basement to make sure the boiler works….the basement is where the classroom was and the morgue….and you usually go in there around 1-3am
My husband's favorite thing to do is, when he is coming home from work, he will call me and as we are talking turn off his headlights, slowly and quietly, pull into the driveway. Wait for me to walk farther into the house, slowly open the door and just stand in the either the kitchen or living room and wait for me to notice him. Scares me every time!!
The 1st Dead Space game had that effect on me. To the point where I didn’t want to move on to new areas. That was awhile ago though. Might not have the same effect now.

Can confirm, resident evil in VR is the scariest shit. Boyfriend made me play it over the weekend, I think I made it past the first 35 seconds and not any further. I beat his record though, so I was proud.
