Finished it, handed it to my son so he could go show his mom and he took off running in his new pajamas he got for Christmas that morning and before i could finish the sentence "Please dont run, SLOW DO..." his feet came out from underneath him and a 1000 lego pieces exploded in the hallway. He was so devastated 😬🤣 Side note: I spent another huge chunk of Christmas evening building it again...

The good thing about Lego sets is that they can just rebuild it. It's a good lesson in patience and to be careful. If it had been something more fragile, like a model plane, you smash it, it's smashed. The hard part here will be finding all the pieces. Luckily the house looks clean and open and most of them should be easy to find and in the vicinity.
I remember when I went to do my driver's test, and we were doing the pre-check stuff, like lights and everything. She told me to turn on my turn signal and I accidentally hit the wrong lever and turned on the windshield wipers. She goes "No, the turn signal..." and I turned off the windshield wipers but was SO nervous that I turned them on again!!!! Dad thought I was gonna pass out while we were waiting for the results because I was so red from embarrassment :'D Still passed though lmao.

I want to hear Mrs Lush sing. I trust Leon's judgement when it comes to singing, and people thinking they can't sing and not being confident is way more common than people who actually can't sing. One of the saddest changes in the modern world is this shift to the perception that singing is something only "singers" can do, like it's something for trained professionals to do. Everyone used to sing back in the day, to didn't have earbuds or a radio at work, so you would sing songs, or at least whistle, which is also dying out. Partly because everyone just buys music recorded by someone else, and partly because they have gotten so used to hearing studio professionals that they think of that as the standard and assume it they can't sound like that they are no good, kind of like modeling vs beauty standards. As someone who has always enjoyed singing (although i don't pretend to be very good at it) i feel like that's a sad loss guy the world.
