This temperature is ideal for cooking most foods. Medium-low 180vF (82°C) It is ideal for sauces and soups and for chicken stocks Medium-low 210°F (99°C) It is ideal for steaming vegetables until tender. Neither too soggy nor overcooked Medium 240°F (116°C) This temperature is ideal for roasting chicken, frying eggs ( sunny side up) Medium 270°F (132°C) It is ideal for cooking noodles and pasta

Typically sear for 1-2 minutes per side and then finish at 360F.

Normal cooking maybe yes 👍🏻 but stir frying in wok would need much higher temperature.

Once when you purchase a new set. After few months you can repeat this seasoning.
3 times repeat process each time you season.
