HJust to let you know that in thec ouple of weeks the YMCA in Hawaii just started teaching this class--they call it drums alive-!!!! I enjoy this class right here in my office--plus I can do it anytime I get stressed--LOL Its grat exercise for the maind and body. Its just too bad a lot more people never even heard of it. Hats of to your 2 accomplices--they do very well- Plz keep it ocming and I really hope you 3 will come up with some new versions. You can see the great Karma in whatt you are going overe there. Hi Lindsey, I work at an adult day program with war veterans in Victoria, BC we follow your ball drumming 2 or 3 times a week we have a am and pm program and both groups use your workouts, the guys love you ball drumming workouts, and are hoping you will add more videos soon, thanks for what you do, This last one you did was a awesome workout.

That’s what I was looking for and antique colors that even better could you reference me the company I’d appreciate it good fun.
