En realidad esa canción la compuso George cuando están enfermo de gripa y en principio habla sobre estar enfermo, pero el productor le dijo que la cambiara por otro tema de amor desamor.
George was a great song writer from the very beginning but unfortunately he didn't get much opportunity and support from the band...

I love how it isn't for the girl but for the people around him and him having to put up with them when he's already down. The grumpiness of someone who's just been dumped is unmatched.
That's why for me George is my favorite Beatle after Ringo. His songs always had more emotional depth, even in the pop era of the band, than McCartney's sunshine love songs or Lennon's horny love songs masquerading as innocent ones.
