    Great video. I might add; use a live connection if you need to refresh in 0 - 15 minutes intervals. For >15 minutes, go with a hyper.

    Which is better/faster: Extract in Tableau Server or Create a SQL Job to create a separate aggregated table for Live connection Tableau (however, this would take space in SQL Database)

      Hard to say without knowing a bit about your resourcing but likely the extract.
