Is it take 1 year to harvest?

I plant bean in March 2021 and Bear flower and fruits in Oct 2021 , it take time from 6 to 8 months

We have got cold winters up to - 20, depends of the region and the warm season starts in the middle of the May and lasts to the middle of September. When should I start propagating them in order to get the fully mature seeds for propagation the next year ?

I'm not sure why is it huge 😊 but back in the day.. in my country the kids of the neighborhood used to go to the wheat fields and pick them ... they grew naturally among wheat and grass and we used search for them and pick them, beans were of course smaller but in my opinion they tasted better than big ones. We never cooked them we picked them and snacked on them 😂.. picking these wild beans was an adventure for all the kids ❤
