- Radio not powering on in your van? The problem may be the fuse. This video shows you how to find, diagnose, and replace the radio fuse.
This fuse is also connected to the upper power outlet that sits below the control panel. If that outlet has no power, replacing this fuse could solve that problem as well.
I've had my 2001 Chrysler town and country for a year and a month now with no functioning radio, and this video has helped me change that, now I can ditch my Bluetooth speaker! Thank you SO much for making it quick and easy to fix it myself! 🙏
Really helpful - walked through step by step. I was able to watch the video, check the fuses on my van, drive to the store, buy a replacement fuse, drive back home, and install it in less than 30 minutes. 1 minute of actual work to remove and replace the fuse. Thank you!!!
Thx man! That was exactly where/what I was looking for. I couldn’t read the RDO/IP IGN as what I wanted, so I went looking under the steering wheel for a secondary fuse box. Nope! But you described my situation to a T, and fortunately I have an assortment of spare fuses. Thx for posting! You saved me further mental aggravation.
Very helpful, took 5 minutes (to walk jn the store and buy the fuse), to fix.

I'm about to add to the lower power outlet. Behind the cap which covered the hole it was wired with the same plug as the power outlet/cigarette lighter receptacle above and is always on. Any idea what fuse that is?
No, sorry
