I love Moss Vale and the surrounding towns, "The Southern Highlands", it's a slice of rural heaven! I wish I was there, you are very lucky to go in summer, its freezing in winter! 🤗

Hey Kim, loving to see you seem more relaxed and spending some quality time with your lovely family, so wonderful!🥰 We moved to Perth 2 months ago, moving to Oz is something we’ve always wanted to do, but when the ‘honeymoon’ period was over and my husband started work, it was just me and my little boy I think it hit me how far from home/family we are, felt like I cried for a week😳 didn’t think I’d get over it, but feel like I’ve turned a corner this week. I remember watching your videos before we had moved out here of when you were upset and missing home, I didn’t think I would get upset when we moved here because of the excitement, so I’m super grateful you showed the reality of such a life changing move, it made me feel less crazy!🙃 P.s feel incredibly lucky to be here and know many people would love this opportunity so definitely going to focus on the amazing positives 🇦🇺☀️🌊 xx

Hi lovely! so sorry im only just seeing this comment! :( i hope you are feeling a little more settled. Im up and down all the time but now that we're on the central coast i just take a walk down the beach and the sadness passes! I miss family for sure, but thats about it and my kids are going to have so many amazing opportunities here that they would never get back home. Hang in there - you are doing great xx

Looks a fantastic weekend was had? Nice! I actually saw you guys at the "Towers" yesterday. Unfortunately, you were on the lower level, and I was one level up having a cuppa at The Stanton. I thought it was a little uncouth to be yelling out. 🤣🤣 Maybe next time?

No way 😅 running around last minute before the in laws got on their flight! That's so funny, well done for recognising me! You absolutely should have shouted out! I would have said hi! 😅

Southern Highlands is the natural progression of lots of expat Scottish and English (including my son in law). It goes Bondi or Manly for the first few years then settle in the Highlands. They assure me it’s like the UK but not as wet and cold 🤔

I can definitely understand why! Very similar in terms of road layouts and countryside. I also loved how old the town was, right up my street! 😊
