Yeah, he always looks like he's having the time of his life when he's on his own playing early Marillion stuff. I reckon he seriously misses playing those masterpieces live, with the Hogarth lineup.

há uns 30 anos que eu escuto Marillion. Atravessei as minhas melhores idades e lembranças sempre acompanhado de um som do Marillion. Percorri muitas estradas com o som desses caras. Mas, sinceramente, acho que não existirá outro som que possa contar melhor a minha vida do que o som desses caras. Demais!!!!!!

@@marcelobaez4474 Sorry to reply 2 years in arrears but I usually don't bother with comments and such. I make an exception for Steve Rothery, of course. I have seen and heard many guitarists - too many to list but including Jimmy Page, Ritchie Blackmore, Adrian Smith, Dave Murray, Janick Gers, Steve Morse, Lindsey Buckingham, Slash and B.B. King and, yes, I still rate Steve the best - live and on vinyl. My opinion [and that of many others] and I stand by it. PS although I have heard him many times I have never seen David Gilmour. A great regret but Pink Floyd is often on digital TV which is some compensation.
