After all these years this is still by far the best tiny home layout for a big family especially one who does want separate sleeping spaces and rooms!! The only thing I wish I knew is WHO BUILT IT!!! Please let us know for anyone who is interested in getting this layout!!❤
I agree with you 100% the layout is amazing 3 separate bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, lots of storage, but the only things I didn't see was a dish washer, and cloths washer, and dryer unless they were there and I didn't see them....
It's not how big the house is, it's how happy the home is.❤

@M D you are literally complaining about all the things that people are willing to sacrifice in order to live in a tiny home. Tiny home people are willing to sacrifice material things so they don't need the storage you complain about. They dont need solitude in the form of a room they can close off from the rest of the world because a pair of head phones can do that job just fine. The need do not be crouched over is quickly solved by stepping outside. You do not sound like a tiny home person. You require much more than what a tiny home could ever provide.

Anything is possible but is it practical.. there's no mention of the trailer size, weight, axles, etc. info should be included because eventually it will need to be moved.

I've watched this tour about a dozen times, and I'm still memorized by it. It's like a maze. I still can't figure out the layout exactly. I'd love to see the floor plans. I still can't figure out how they fit 3 bedrooms and 1.5 washrooms plus all that storage. It's brilliant!

I can see how having 2-3 children would be pretty cramped in there. Maybe for a couple with one child could work better and have a spare room for guests.
Our family of 5 spends so much time outside already I could see this working Easily!
I was thinking the same until I read your message. The master bedroom has two doors. The one that was near the other two bedrooms and the other which was connecting from stairs going up from the kitchen.

This is a tiny home were kids and old people can grow into it. No climbing a ladder or bending too much. Best tiny home I have seen by far.

Finally! A JAW-DROPPING Tiny House that will house a family comfortably- and it has 2 BATHROOMS! 40' long, 9ft wide (will need a wide load permit but who cares?), 13ft 10in tall and only 21,000 pounds. A truly spectacular build! And I'm willing to bet money that that beautiful sofa becomes yet another bed!

@Jon Seymour oh no that's not the price. That's how much it weighs so you have to have close to a semi to pull it. I'm sure this home was close to the $100,000 range if not higher. Sadly

@@Christyc250 it's not the skilled knowledge it's how much the builder values their labor. This is why diy builders can build in the 20k-30k realm because that's the price of material alone. But when something takes 2 people 3 months to build at $75-$100 an hour, that's where you get the $50k + in labor added to material cost. Hopefully this helps.
I think so many people like this tiny house was for it's layout. How the designer used every inch of the space to its fullest, and somehow able to connect everything together but not in a uncomfortable way, and did not wast any space at all!! If you put everything so tightly its important to have ventilation fluently~😆🙌
OMG I'd feel as " snug as a bug in a rug" sleeping in this during winter, with cold rain outside. Sooooo cosy.

My comment involves only one possible improvement, that I was the one opening the door and living in this mansion by myself with all the extra room for a few guests. I going to build this plan in a model just to marvel at it. Amazing.

I'm impressed that the bedrooms aren't like coffins as so/too many tiny home loft bedrooms. I do think one of the bedrooms could be eliminated to make the living space much more spacious! But, this designer sure managed to get everything in there including a dining table big enough to feed a family! I'm impressed!

I have gone back and watched this so many times. I love love love this and it's the only home I have ever seen that's a full upper. so many I see such wasted space and wonder why the lofts arent bigger or nearly joined. I hate those with so many windows and no wall space to hang artwork or cabinets and small lofts and tall ceilings.i dont think tall ceilings and windows make it feel bigger. this one is so incredibly cozy and feels like a home. so much storage and closet space. hands down the best!

This is by far the best realistic tiny home. Bath and half is always necessary. The carpeted steps was genius. I love the room's kitchen, pantry. Ok ok its obvious I loved the entire design. Good job
When you think you’ve seen the whole house then you see another five stair cases...it doesn’t even look that small
This is great. I love how there are a few stairs to the bedrooms which is what I need NOT ladders. Ladders are not realistic when life happens especially when you have to go potty in the middle of the night, get older or what if you happen to injure yourself

Not sure if I'd personally classify a 40 foot trailer as "Tiny", but still impressed with how much you've fit in, and the individual spaces you've created while still having decent shared living spaces. Not often you see 1.5 baths in a tiny either, well done :)
Opinions vary on what is tiny... But the general rule is to copy+paste what's allowable for something like a Park Model RV, which can max out at 500 sq ft and can be up to 14 feet wide, though they usually stick to 400 sq ft and only 10-12 feet wide because going over 400 sq ft means they have to switch from RV building code to the more residential type HUD building code like manufactured/mobile homes...
Trailers could actually go up to 60 feet long, but varies per state and thus the default minimum max is 40 feet...
Otherwise there's no real distinction and people can even include what others may only call small as a Tiny House, as it's tiny to them and people are otherwise making it up as they go...
When the tiny house is a little "bigger" it's normally called The tiny mansion. But it's still reference as a "Tiny House" and not a park house. Anything over 400 square feet in trailer wise it is still classified as a Tiny House even if it's bigger like this one.
This home is about 12% the size of a the average tiny house built in The United States in 2016. Just about anything I can think of that's 12% the size of its counterpart seems like it could be classified as tiny? What if you said to your server "can I get a beer that's 12% of a pint?" When the server brought it out, wouldn't you think "man, that's tiny" Same for anything. Thanks for watching!

This is the BEST tiny house I have ever seen.
Like the double walkthrough into the master bedroom, and that storage area next to the kids' rooms is fantastic for toiletries, etc. as they already have it. It ends up being too cramped and congested for me, as a floorplan (despite being 450 sq feet, which I'm picky about, since it's small, not tiny), and I'd hate it long term, but it looks great for a short-term option or for hosting family to stay for a while.
All I can think is I'm in love with this. Very realistic and homey 👌

This is a fantastic house! I wish that more time was spent on the tour so that not so much was cut out. For me it was too much of a quick skim. We missed out on a lot.
I built a shed with these plans from Ryan [ Details Here?> *WoodBlueprints. Com* ] . The instructions were clear and easy to implement. Even a novice can be able to build fast using this plan. I'm happy I bought the plan. It also saved me much cost.
What I like about this tiny house is how they managed to fit so many private rooms and still make it look and feel comfy and practical. What I dislike about the house is that it doesn't feel as open and bright as other tiny houses. I would also want bigger windows for more natural light.

Amazed at all of the storage space. The layout is genius and 1.5 bathrooms is incredible. Definitely in my top 10.
It’s amazing that the second bedroom and the master are the only rooms that you can’t stand up to your full height. Even though you can’t stand the head room in each room is a lot more than most tiny bedrooms and the master has a king sized bed. Mind blowing. Those who are being critical probably aren’t taking into account that most tiny house tours are of staged houses and not ones that have people living in it. It makes a huge difference because once you move in it’s not going to be pristine, uncluttered , unlived in brand new feel.

This is the best layout I have seen in all my searches over the last 4 yrs. I love this plan. The only thing to make it perfect is if the living room & kitchen could be total open floor plan. That being said.... I know that’s impossible so I go back to my comment that this is the BEST possible layout I’ve ever seen. I love it!!!❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍💋💋💋

Great looking tiny house but the camera work made me feel dizzy. Would've been better with a mix of moving and static shots. If the camera is constantly moving, the viewer doesn't get a chance to properly see what's on screen.
I made a mistake on my previous comments about the Tiny Home sold by Bear's Tiny Homes out of Georgia. This is exactly what I have been looking for with the 3 AWESOME BEDROOMS AND STORAGE IN EVERY BIT OF EXTRA SPACE. This HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL AS WELL AS AMAZINGLY FUNCTIONAL!!!! I Really love this house!!!
