Ingredients of Broccoli soup recipe:
Olive oil - tbsp.
Onion - 1
Garlic cloves - 5
Water - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Broccoli florets - a few
In another pan:
Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
Butter tikki - 1
Maida (all-purpose cornflour) - 1 and ½ tsp
Black pepper - ¼ tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Jeera (cumin powder) - ½ tsp
Kali mirch (black pepper) - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Garam Masala - 1 pinch
For garnishing:
some cream
a broccoli and some black pepper
