Very pretty but you need to let the pressure equalize inside the bottle or it won't burn for long. The O ring will prevent air from entering the bottle, creating a vacuum - the alcohol vaporizing and being burnt will make the pressure drop inside the bottle - and the flame will stop. All the lab alcohol lamps I have don't have seal and have a small hole (1.5 mm for an 8.5 mm wick) in the cap near the wick pipe just for that purpose.
