I am guessing its because of the current financial crisis and numerus other crecieses we are currently going through at the moment but could be wrong on that. Is this a recent trend? because I have heard that in some parts of the world this is becoming a common but still somewhat rare thing to do. Fair play to him he seems like a nice man but also massively depressed at the same time poor fella and who wouldn't want to try this! We as a human species are so taxed on everything its no wonder many people are fed up of paying unaffordable bills and taxes and saying a big f-u to those in "Power" as it were.
