Thank you so much for posting your journey with h pylori. I found out in August that I have high levels of this disease . I have been to the hospital many times and all the treated me for was anxiety and depression but the pain in my chest was the worse. I was sent to do a lung function test, it came back that it was asthma, my doctor didn't believe it was asthma. I also did test on my lungs because this bacteria cause breathing problems. Just like you I felt I was going to die from a heart attack. I have been battling h pylori for over 7 months and two rounds of triple antibiotics with ppi along with some natural remedies and nothing works. I am still in pain, re do the blood test the range is the same, it has not moved. I also have gastritis and GERD. I also did an endoscopy. This has cost me a lot of money and still no ease from the pain. I get no sleep at nights , I cannot function at work but I still have to work because I am a single mother and I have bills to pay. It is frustrating and rough but I am not giving up I will continue to fight this demon bacteria. My doctor suggest that I now do a stool test, which I am going to do. I am now trying the natural way to get rid of this stomach bacteria. I lost over 34 pounds already. I stick to a clean diet, I hardly eat meat, mostly complex carbs, vegetables, vegetables juices and fruits. Thank you for giving us hope and God continue to bless you and your family always. I think on my second test i had a false negative because i still do not feel like it is completely gone . I can bearly eat a thing . Just soups and juices . Its been a long rough road . I just had my endoscopy yesterday and was diagnosed with gastritis. I'm waiting on the biopsy result to tell me the cause, but it sounds exactly like this. I thought I was having a heart attack and ended up in the ER. Everything was fine. A few days later the stomache issues began.
I decided the natural route . Either way it is expensive and slot of pills. Only God has gotten me through. I’m glad you are feeling better. I hope your sweet baby is doing well.

Yes I am on medications at the moment GP put me on course of triple antibiotics last month I have to do another test at the end of the month to see if the bacteria is out of my system or not if not I have to go on round 2 of antibiotics for couple of weeks again apart of that they put me on Vitamin D3 1000 unit a day for my fatigue which since I started on it it's almost gone and omeprazole for indigestion I also bought gaviscon from my local chemist I still gets chest pain and burning sensation and numbness at the moment but it's less then weeks ago when I wasn't on medications I hope you get better soon I'm struggling with drs as well I have been to A&E many times they did the blood test and ECG they said all is good with you eventually GP sent me for blood and stool test then figure it out it was h pylori I lose my job over it it is not fun to have it it does Knock you down to your knees if it goes untreated, good luck I hope you get better soon
Thank you for sharing. Question for people starting their journey: Did anyone's doctor, who suspected H. Pylori, prescribe first a 7 days long course of high-dose (40mg) PPI ? I'm half way through, and acid-reflux / indigestions symptoms are gone, but insomnia continues. I'm concerned PPIs can be contra-indicative (hiding the symptoms of underlying H. Pylori infection). I read that H. Pylori bacterial is active nocturnal, and the body's immune system will activate involuntarily to try to confront the bacteria, between 1AM and 3AM, triggering a rush of Cortisol (causing pounding heart palpitations and one to wake up violently), but Cortisol also reduces Melatonin and causes the chronic insomnia. Did anyone have this and how did they address it? I'm afraid that after 3-4 days of 2 hours sleep I will run out of brain power to make good informed health conditions. CBD oils so far ineffective.

Finally I got diagnosed with h pylori and after 1 year of being afraid of taking the antibiotics I am in my 5th day. Anxiety is my issue and GERD and bloating but so much better then I was. Yesenia Gonzalez It’s what I don’t eat no more, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, fried foods, spicy foods, pork, shrimp (seafood), CATFISH, sushi and sodas. I also don’t over eat no more. I use to eat all that on a regular basis but after I fully recovered from h pylori I don’t eat those foods no more! I added avocados, carrots, lentils , plain Greek yogurt, baked chicken these foods I consume on a daily basis. I would say a month after treatment I was starting to feel a lot better!!!! The beginning of this past February is when I finally felt 100%!

I have horrible experiance with this monster i got missdiagnosed so many times my doctor even put me on thyroid medication for some months because my thyroid went off. It did not help!they tested my blod for h pylori came back negative so i did not think abouth it anymore ore got treatment. On doctor said candida, well what i found out h pylori lowers the stomach acid,therefore candida,bad bacteria/SIBO can overgrow. @@gigafia5358 I experienced pretty much everything u mentioned except for the hair loss! My opinion the best way to test for h pylori is by stool test, endoscopy/biopsy or breath test.
Same here it’s horrible 2 years later have anxiety panic attacks scared to eat still . I ent hospital like 6 times they found nothin kept test telling I was having panic attacks until I went some other clinic did to stool test finally found I had pylori. Hospital don’t do nothing.I also have low blood pressure now 🤷🏻♀️
@Gofly. do you have h pylori?? try Manuka honey mixed with Turmeric. Manuka honey is not regular honey but native to new Zealand and its a powerful antibiotics much better than normal antibiotics

I took my triple therapy n was fine for a month n again the symptoms are bak though my stole test came negative. My doc has told me to take d triple therapy again for 7 days . M jus fed up !
Ive had light headedness, low blood pressure, extreme belching, palpitations, pain in the middles & behind left shoulder blades. I went to several doctors no one knew what was wrong. Went to a specialist only to discover that its hpylori. Currently on on antibiotics anr ofcourse my diet has changed.
I dont have stomach problems, only gut problems, stool and dizziness, fatigued easy. Do I still need to be treated for H Pylori with triple therapie? I'm positive tested.

Yes the brain zaps . It’s so scary idk what to do . I’m waiting on stool test to come back . I know it’s still positive. This will be my 3rd round of the antibiotics. This time they are doing the quadruple regimen . I really hope it’s works this time
Sorry for the late response! There’s really no exact time frame for healing erosive gastritis but I strongly believe it can be cured. I believe it can take months possibly a year to (not to discourage you). It takes lots of time and patience to heal also what you eat plays a major role in healing!
I am h pylori positive. I feel shoulder pain, chest tightness sharp back pain in the middle of the back. I feel like someone is standing in my chest and i also have neck pain. I vist cardiologist 5-6 times and they do EKg ETT and Echo and they say no heart problem and then i test for h pylori and it is positive. Thank you sooo much for reply sir I was diagnosed with h pylori 5 months before i took antibiotics amoxil, clthromusin and ppi for 14 days and then ppi for 2 months that was end of my treatment accordingly to my doctor but sir i still full all time i have no appetite lots of air coming up and it feels like something stuck....
My brother the next step is to retest for h pylori but talk to your doctor when to retest. The recovery and restoring part is going to take lots of time, patience, and dedication!

Omg I think I have h.pylori I passed all my cardiologist visit. It’s what I don’t eat no more, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, fried foods, spicy foods, pork, shrimp (seafood), CATFISH, sushi and sodas. I also don’t over eat no more. I use to eat all that on a regular basis but after I fully recovered from h pylori I don’t eat those foods no more!
I added avocados, carrots, lentils , plain Greek yogurt, baked chicken these foods I consume on a daily basis.
I would say a month after treatment I was starting to feel a lot better!!!! The beginning of this past February is when I finally felt 100%!

I have horrible experiance with this monster i got missdiagnosed so many times my doctor even put me on thyroid medication for some months because my thyroid went off. It did not help!they tested my blod for h pylori came back negative so i did not think abouth it anymore ore got treatment. On doctor said candida, well what i found out h pylori lowers the stomach acid,therefore candida,bad bacteria/SIBO can overgrow. So i dealt with constant bloating,constipation,diarhea,sleep problems,cold feet hands,depression,hair loss,fatigue all the time,anxiety heart palpitations, low b12,iron. I did not link h pylori to low b12 and iron. Did anyone have this?? What is the best way to test for ? I need help big time
@@gigafia5358 I experienced pretty much everything u mentioned except for the hair loss! My opinion the best way to test for h pylori is by stool test, endoscopy/biopsy or breath test.

Same here it’s horrible 2 years later have anxiety panic attacks scared to eat still . I ent hospital like 6 times they found nothin kept test telling I was having panic attacks until I went some other clinic did to stool test finally found I had pylori. Hospital don’t do nothing.I also have low blood pressure now 🤷🏻♀️

I took my triple therapy n was fine for a month n again the symptoms are bak though my stole test came negative. My doc has told me to take d triple therapy again for 7 days . M jus fed up !

Ive had light headedness, low blood pressure, extreme belching, palpitations, pain in the middles & behind left shoulder blades. I went to several doctors no one knew what was wrong. Went to a specialist only to discover that its hpylori. Currently on on antibiotics anr ofcourse my diet has changed.

For me the only effects I had from taking antibiotics was stomach aches/pain and metallic taste in my mouth.

Sorry for the late response! There’s really no exact time frame for healing erosive gastritis but I strongly believe it can be cured. I believe it can take months possibly a year to (not to discourage you). It takes lots of time and patience to heal also what you eat plays a major role in healing!

I am h pylori positive. I feel shoulder pain, chest tightness sharp back pain in the middle of the back. I feel like someone is standing in my chest and i also have neck pain. I vist cardiologist 5-6 times and they do EKg ETT and Echo and they say no heart problem and then i test for h pylori and it is positive. Thank you sooo much for reply sir I was diagnosed with h pylori 5 months before i took antibiotics amoxil, clthromusin and ppi for 14 days and then ppi for 2 months that was end of my treatment accordingly to my doctor but sir i still full all time i have no appetite lots of air coming up and it feels like something stuck....

Omg I think I have h.pylori I passed all my cardiologist visit. My ekg all are normal besides my Sinus Tachycardia, which I think is a result from H.pylori I be having High heart rate, Heart Palpitations, shortness Of Breath,Anxiety My appetite is gone. Tetracycline flagyl ppi and pepto bismuth 4 times a day for two weeks.
But honestly staying away from spicy foods fried foods fatty foods and acidic foods/fruits and sticking with strict bland diet is what hepled cure.
