If you notice what he is doing behind the scenes of the joke too, he is further cementing the idea that someone beautiful and white will constantly get the attention of him and the crowd, and they still laugh when he brings up the black girl as she only get's eight.....seconds.......maybe.
I grew up in Boston when Patrice was coming up, as well as all of the Boston royalty of the time of the late 90's early 2000's, and saw him work this bit out quite a few times at Comedy Connection, and have always been blown away by how good Patrice was at burying leads and showing the crowd exactly what he is talking about and pointing out their criticisms and most of the time, racism.
He is and was legendary! He also gave us Bill Burr!!!

    The Jock:
Malcolm X said a great many things. Especially about American society and race; most of which was ignored--by liberals AND conservatives.
What he ACTUALLY said, (about liberals) was: "The white conservative is, on the outside--what the white liberal is, on the inside."
I used to wonder if, in fact, there was a sociopolitical difference between the two hosts of this channel.
I find it quite revealing when conservative whites flagrantly use Malcolm X's words to attack progressives.
The political "left" and "right" of American politics has always been a manufactured smokescreen.
    As Malcolm said:
"On the inside?...they are the same thing."
    E Pluribus Unum
    (out of many, one)
    Yep.
    That is still true, fellas.
