- This walkway had fallen at the base of the front steps causing the rise of the first step to be over 10". We lifted the step 2.5" to give it the proper rise using polyurethane foam. Once we were complete with the raising of the concrete. We sealed the crack with a flexible concrete caulking #tremcodymonicFC to prevent water from getting under the slabs.

That sealant looks like garbage. Can't you dust it with cement dust after so It doesn't stand out so much
@jacksonnra1856 thank you for the feedback. Maybe next time our “sealant” won’t look like garbage.
I agree the message could have been delivered better. I use fine sand to top it and give it a decent concrete texturized look. I can show you some pics of how it looks.
Do you have training seminars?
How much did this job cost. What is the typical range? Do you get someone to come out 4 hundred dollars Or four thousand dollars
Some companies have a minimum, the minimum being 2k. It costs the company like $40 in material, but of course the over head weighs in (employee salary, insurance etc.

No, first sue your incompetent contractor, then break up your foundationless pad, dig a good footing and create a real foundation then pour an appropriate slab with proper drainage or do this and sell that crap house ASAP. Run away
