fixing a "Broken" Current Sensor on Sparkhobby 4in1 ESCs

Sparkhobby sells ESCs that are, by design, made for ESC motor current reading. But apparently, they don't populate the amplifier chips anymore. All the other needed chips and components are placed, but only the INA139 chip is missing. Therefore the current readout on your flight controller and Betaflight is wrong / not present.
You can buy an INA139 chip and solder it yourself to get the ESC running like it was designed initially.
