    You said a vent is added to release hot air inside. So, what happens to that hole when you remove that vent/rod?

      usually that piece gets trimmed away or a patch is put into place

      @@rollierl Does that mean that, in rotomolding the final product is never completely closed, unless it is patched?

      @@ufukulusan3032 many time that piece of the part is trimmed off or patched

      @@rollierl yes. and the material used is a thermoplastic polymer. hence the trimmed part can be recycled by melting it and reusing it in the next repeated process.
