Well i try to make the best and most accurate. Im working on better. That was just a quick video I out together from the other day. I'll update it again later.
The Indigogo campaign for another board of a similar kind got sold out. I'm deathly salty from that, somebody like you gives me hope though. My Jumanji itch is insatiable, I'm truly hoping I can get something that'll quench that desire. What sucks more is the Indiegogo campaign would have shipped around my birthday. Please, this is something I need in my life.

Do the pieces actually move or did was that done with stop motion?
Magnets underneath the board, I held one and moved it, just like in the movie. Haha
I appreciate the hard work that you put into this, but it isn't the "most realistic" as there is already a video of someone who made the boardgame look exactly like the film. However I do believe that this can be more playable since you have the dome playing the texts after you roll the dice like in the movie, and I had an idea for this actually, if there is a way to make your own dice that can move the pieces by the number they land on and make it to where there's magnets moving up and down to move the piece so you don't have to do it by hand with a magnet at the bottom. You can try that but technology probably isn't that advanced yet for my idea, unless you call out the number that your normal dice landed on and the AI follows that voice command to (again) move the magnets up and down to move your piece.
This is an older board. Ive gotten more accurate since this one.
Also, I'm sure they don't have the movie accurate box curves like mine do now. I actually pride myself in being the first to incorporate the movie accurate box curves into my builds. 😀

Does the jumanji tokens move on their own?
Obviously not. That is movie magic. No Replica has been made to be able to do that. It would be very difficult to do considering the size of the box

As of right now, no. I haven't been able to find a good set up for the screens. But I am still looking.
