Omg Tammy me and my cousin the other night had kindda the same thing happen. Her cup flew out from under her canvas and paint went flying. Cleaned up the mess and I was doing a cloud pour and starting thinking about the look on her face and I starting laughing so hard and my hand started shaking and I nearly pee'd my pants. There go to paintings but we laughed and had a great time. I said no more cocktails and painting at 2 am any more..lol I think this idea is awesome. Thank you so very much and I think my grandson will have a blest with me doing it. He just loves to hang and paint with his gramma. Ince again thanks so much. You are the best teacher!!! Couldnt thank you enough..

I think your fun technique has a lot of potential to create something really unique. I do want to know how you would clean soap residue off or if you actually need to clean the canvas in order to seal your piece.

Your glow in the dark result reminded me of the Andromeda Strain lol
Have you tried this on a wet canvas?
I'm exploring double dip sandwich book closing and opening techniques... which you do?
I've decided the hairdryer isn't working for me... too many variables lol
So... lap of the gods techniques is where I'm at.

    Cool.
Closest thing I've done is to add shimmer ink to a bottle of foaming soap, the results were beautiful.
I wonder what would happen if you added glycerin, substituted isopropyl alcohol for the water, or silicone
If you have an RSI that prevents you from beating the solution, I very highly recommend making a solution of the paint, soap, and water to the same consistency of foaming soap then add it to a foaming bottle.

I'm an artist and instructor at a small non profit 501 3C. We did this process with young grade school age children. I would love to be able to share one of the paintings with you. We used large bubbles, small and what ever bubbles came. We used acrylic, water, soap and used straws to get fantastic bubbles. Some of us embellished them. It's a fun process that leaves a whole new world open to abstract art.

A coffee frother would work perfectly to create the small bubbles without having to fight those big ones! Found this out by accident trying to mix my fluid paints when I first started pouring! They held up for over a month 😂 can this be done with resin as well? I'm thinking making this on a silicone mat in interference pigments then inserted between a black background and a clear resin top... 🤔 much love my sweet friend ❤❤❤❤
