There is no new option in my arcgis after the refresh...what to do
You have to check in which folder you have save file or else again you can save and refresh folder

After adding the field you need to start editor again
@@vikasghadamode yes sir I added the filed then I went to srt editor typed the name then save and stop edit then went to that particular layers properties then clicked on label features in this layer but still the labels has not come
