- Bloons TD 6 is a rich game not only gameplay-wise but the developers have made sure to put a lot of Easter Eggs and references that make us love the game even more. There are a lot of small references to various stuff, but I've decided to make a video about the Top 5 things you might not know about BTD6. Starting from two secret towers, to coded language and symbols found on many maps and references made about movies and in-game stuff, bloons td 6 has it all. Yes. The clock on 2 upgrades “Monkey City” and “Monkeyopolis” and the clock on one of the buildings in the main menu represents your actual real life time, depending where you live!

In the new map 'the cabin' theres actually a reference where if you tap on part of the map in a certain order than remove the car a monkey will come out of the house chasing it with a chainsaw

The cave monkey should come up in the panel where the monkeys are so we have the option to place it wherever we want on the map
you can move it with the x-4-x helicopter

In the achievements, if you enter 500 races, you get the achievement “Bloontona 500” which is a reference to the NASCAR race, The Daytona 500
Actually, getting the low tier instas is easier now 'cause round 100 now may award 0-4th tier monkeys based on what map you play
PS. As a huge fan of BTD I have to say I knew it all, even insta borders - I heard about these like a few hours before watching this LOL
I beat the cornfield map on impoppible with 1 other person and got a 4-0-0 super monkey
@@NiniDee73 co-op tends to give higher tier instas for r100 than single player
Can you get a gold border for instas? One of my friends said if you get all the tier 5’s (I think there’s 15 possible tier 5 cross paths) that you get a gold border but idk
@@RetroVedZed it’s if u get all t4 instas and below on a tower. That gives gold border, and black border includes t5s

Also the tsar Bomba plane is a reference to the strongest nuke ever made and tested which is the tsar Bomba
There is actually 3 more of the hidden achievements with references:
Alchemistman and Bloonacle boy is a reference to Spongebob
Chunky Monkeys is a reference to the movie Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa
Bill Greates is a reference to Bill Gates
And power overwhelming is a reference to Starcraft 1 and starcraft 2.
And I’ll be back is a reference to terminator. You get the achievement from spending 1,000 MM (monkey money) on revives.
Spamming the buttons on the map with the dam means u can flood it

Vengeful temple is most likely what the Super monkey Paragon is.
@@featherfield6291 well every tower that will get a paragon got an open space in there upgrade section including super monkey
@@lucasboi7623 Although yes, it does not appear in the upgrades, The process of getting it works just like a Paragon: get all tier 5 super monkeys and sacrifice $50,000 worth of monkeys and their upgrades in 3 of the four monkey types for the tier 4 temple, and all 4 of them for the tier 5 temple.

For paragons you can still have the other tier 5 towers off that monkey
For the vengeful once you get it that’s the only tier 5 your getting for super monkey
Quincy is named in reference to bleach Quincys who are skilled archers

A small one that I like is the skeletal radodactyl that flies around on the map you were actually playing. It is a reference to BSM2 mobile, which has it as a boss bloon.

Lotus island is based off of the odessy book, when Ulysses goes to an island filled with magic flowers that brings his crew to sleep, the whole mode is based off the book and is one of the most referenced books in history only behind the bible and Shakespeare

the 040 submarine is a reference to the movie The Hunt for Red October, where the captain of the sub looks like Sean Connery playing Marko Ramius from the movie.

Spice Islands seems a stretch. Not just in the literal sense of stretching out entirely new peninsulas, but having the flowers marking major cities... Like Broome... our 85th biggest town with a population of less than 16k. Basically all our major cities are on the coast anyway, so at that point, they could have placed them entirely randomly around the track and made a stronger claim that they represent city centres.
Excluding banana farms, there are only 5 towers that used by itself can’t pop camo leads

1:22 it isn't any one full language but I can see ruins and sigils from a few real world languages but they are all on the wrong letters, like that P shape that's on the letter Y I believe it's Norse ruin for the letter R (ied need to go look it up as I can recognise them as been ruins but don't have them memorised) and thesign on the letter S I think is Aztec, the dots on the letter T is something but I can't remember who used dots and lines on a stick to convay messages (I may be a form of celtic ruins) it's been like 15 to 20 years since I was looking into witchcraft and occult and the languages have been the most useful part as lots of different films and games hide Easter Eggs in Old script and ruins.

Btd battles 2 top path tack idle animation is a reference to terminator
The symbols that ninja kiwi added for secrets is runic.
in the main menu, if you look at the clock in the game. its actually displaying the time in real life
Same goes for the bottom path monkey village (I forgot which exact upgrade on that path actually gives it the clock but its one of them) in-game
The language they use is called "Monkeylish"
I bet you can assume what Monkeylish is supposed to be. You can access it in the language settings as the last option in the menu.
I knew about the Oompa Loompa monkey but I didn’t know there was an achievement for them

I have a theory that the supermonkey is a reference to superwoman and the dark knight upgrade a reference to moon knight. But I think that is very unlikely since no one knows Henriette Cavill and Christa Bale.

You can also get a Jason Monkey on Cabin
The fifth circle is both of the water parts put together because they are both half circles
If you free the cave monkey he should become a regular tower you can use on any map.
Or make a Monk-ee for a melee monkey tower.

Maybe the 5th circle is when you put the 2 pools together you get another circle

The previous dont work andmore because they switched the bottom path from helicopter, so you need to spend more money for it and with the faster darts upgrade it is weaker
It doesn't matter, just buy both then, I just checked and there's enough cash for everything. You're good to go!

The Apex on Adora’s Temple might have been implying that the Apex Plasma Master coming soon.
I don't think a year and a half apart would be considered "soon".
@@Arceaus98 they might have been planning the apex plasma master since that moment. They were probably planning boss bloons and paragons that far back, but they had other priorities. I probably shouldn’t have said soon tho.

But the water on the bottom of Australia isn’t there, it’s a full shape not one with a massive lake in it
