Well done! It requires bravery to step off the beaten path and show concern for another 🙏

15 years ago I tried to jump infront of the subway but my feet wouldn't move. I thank Jesus Christ for saving my life and my soul. Now I know what my purpose is and what the future holds.
It can really help you get perspective when you talk to someone. Had I gone through with it, I would never know the peace that surpasses all understanding. I would never know what it is to overflow with hope. I know what real love is now and I hope and pray that you will too.

1:23 There's something distinctly Canadian about city bus drivers stopping, securing their vehicle, getting out of their bus to approach a random stranger to say 'hi, how are you'.
in all seriousness though, great job.

Her gesture was nothing sort of humanitarian. I would have done the same thing.

This is called normal human loving behavior. Extremely difficult to find these days. I pray society can return to normality and abandon their carnal ways. Bless U all.

If anything had gone wrong she would likely have been fired for getting out of her seat and/or abandoning her bus. News stories like this are the only thing that ensure the TTC driver still has job.

She's amazing but realistically this is not the customer service that is typical of the TTC. She stopped because she's new, the employees that have been there for years hate all of us 🤣

Lol ttc saying crap like this is how ttc employees are on a daily basis. Yeah right. Has nothing to do with you TTC.. just a human doing the right thing. Make a big story out of it though eh, sure it will be good for the guy she "helped"

🚌 ~ No. It was not “consumer excellence“. Because she stopped and made all the customers who were on the bus late to take care of someone who is not a customer. So to say this is an example of Customer Service excellence is flat out literally incorrect. It might be an example of compassion, but not Customer Service.
