I just paused the video real quick before I watched all of it, to tell y’all that this morning, I watched Beyoncé’s Rennasance tour concerts while I jog on my apartment complexe’s treadmills & on the elliptical & stomach machine, & weights & the good endorphins I had everyone was priceless.. I’m not going to say which city tour I watched because I didn’t RUclips search a specific city or country, I was just in the mood to watch her concert as I zoned out & worked out. I had the treadmill at 4.0 and it was a steady run. I would do however many minutes I chose at 4.0, but I could have gone to 4.2 speed, but I decided to stay at 4.0., It felt so good & I motivated another woman next to me to go hard like me. Then I would fast walk at 2.7 speed for whatever amount of time I wanted & then back to running on it at 4.0..(my GPA & a 4.2) I had so much endurance. & I did arm exercises & stomach exercises too while on the treadmill. It was so exhilarating.. My body looks good. I recommend everyone watch Beyoncé concert & jog & do multiple exercises on a treadmill.. It’s peaceful
