IDK if you realise, but I would imagine the best part of your listening experience is probably due to the positioning of your couch. To experience the best possible soundstage, it's all about stereo speaker positioning (preferably away from boundary walls) However, the perception of the sound stage (particularly the bass) is all about the positioning of the couch. Yeah, sure, having the audio move around when listening to movies is great, but actually, when listening to two channel stereo music, that's when the benefit of the sound stage is likely to become apparent. I bet your bass sounds wonderful. Concerning your height channel cables, first of all, if you wish to keep your noise floor low, I would recommend shielded cables. This is coming from someone who's changed all his digital and analogue cables multiple times for this very reason! Unshielded cables often act as antennas for attracting RF, and the longer the cable, the better the antenna. Property explains why when I used to disconnect my Heights and surrounds within 10 minutes, my noise floor used to practically dissipate. And 2nd of all, to help keep the height channel cables concealed, you can try looking into ceiling coving. There's a cheap one made out of polystyrene and $50 would probably do the entire room or you can go with the one I chose to go with which is made of the same material as drywall @ $150 for the room (probably cheaper in the US) If interested, you'll be able to view it within this short 3 minute sound test video.. ruclips.net/video/xvdqI5qZa6g/видео.htmlsi=GQLnxWssAKHLVM5a Good luck, whatever you decide to go with 🎉
I know you love PSA, but you should look at the RSL c34e mkii for atmos. I just put these in my theater with 210's and they sound great. They are only 3.5" deep.
Congrats on your new place! Do you feel a difference from having the cantilevered setup to subs under seat? Are you hooking up your benq projector? Wish u luck with everything man.
@@brnmaull It’s hard to tell bc this is on a concrete slab but I def think it will be better under the seating. The Benq is alive and well with 125” screen in my living room setup! Loving it! And thank you so much 🙂

C4 77 would look great…. But c5 will be 25 brighter due to a new fourth layer. I may wait myself.. the Bravia 8 was disappointing
