How long can you keep them like that? Also when you pour in the liquor from the clams any problem using a coffee filter to get all the truth out? We assuming not but thought we would ask. Look for Japanese stainless spoons and forks you can pick a car up with them I use them for a bread Hook when I make my homemade bread no problem bending them they don't bend

Before you believe that uncured means no nitrites look at the package and it most likely says celery juice which is very high in nitrites
