It doesn’t mean “blow” as in cocaine. 😂 This is slang from Argentina. The connotations in the song are sexual as in making love. Literal translations can be deceiving. Thanks for highlighting this group! They have many great cumbia songs.

Well, even though I'm not Argentinean, as Half Mexican, and Half American. I now know the slang word lol 😆. But to me, the is about the sad that needs some love shown with "a powder" (To me the love powder is when you see a person you have a crush on, you get that feeling raining down from your head, when they fall in love, the sad one has changed) that's how I perceive the song from my perspective. Songs can have MULTIPLE connotations dependant on how an individual would perceive the meanings from their perspective. The band has some fuckin awesome Cumbias too. I know some of their sad songs like ENTRE CUATRO PAREDES and PRIVADO DE LA LITERTAD
