I use the numbered musical notation software from everyone piano! I tend to type the base notes of the song and handwrite the rest XD. I really like this software since it can play the midi for you to hear and it's free! Only con would be you won't find your guzheng symbols on there since it's original made for piano:)
this is a masterpiece. this song makes me cry as is, but anything on a guzheng makes me sob even more. such a beautiful instrument played by such a talented person
